About St. John's and Its History
|
From the Worshipful Master June 2007 Brethren,
My brothers May was another great month! We were busy and now we have three more new Master Masons.
This month is going to busy for us, too. We will be do the FC on the new brothers from May. The 275th Committee will be working to discuss their plans, St. John’s Sunday is planned. We will have a band again this year to lead us to Church and will have the Commandery at the head of the March. NOW, WILL WE HAVE YOU?????? June 24 9:00 AM. You can spend 2.5 hours of your time with us in going to church and sharing yourself with GOD. There will be a FREE COOKOUT after Church at the Temple from 12:00- 1:00 PM. Plan on attending and bring the family for the hamburgers, hotdogs, and trimmings.
July, we will keep work to the stated, as we will be doing the FC on the EAs from May the 27th of June. We may have our Visitation with a cold plate meal if allowed.
August will be the Clam Bake, and the Stated Meeting will be our Annual Veterans night and a special night for one special member and the MM on a Sat AM.
NOTE THAT WORK HAS STARTED ON THE OLD GRILL ROOM AND WE WILL BE STARTING ON THE KITCHEN IN JULY. SO, MEALS WILL BE LIMITED OR NOT AT ALL UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST. What is going on in the old grill room will be a great new eating room for supper and small social events. IT WILL BE WORTH IT!
Fraternally, Bob Sutherland
